Key payment terms: eligible commissions are processed in one monthly payout cycle. A payout is normally made only when the influencer's confirmed payable balance reaches at least US$100 (or the equivalent). Amounts below the threshold carry forward to a future month.
Global advertising rule: if you receive commission, a discount, free access, payment, gifts or another incentive connected with My Money Planner, promotional content must clearly disclose that commercial relationship. The disclosure must be prominent, timely and understandable to the audience, and must comply with the laws and platform rules that apply where you are based and where the content is published, targeted or reasonably expected to reach consumers. A referral code or platform relationship label is not automatically sufficient by itself.

1. Acceptance and scope

By creating an influencer account, ticking the acceptance box, accepting an updated version, or continuing to participate after acceptance, you agree to these Terms. The programme is operated by My Money Planner ("My Money Planner", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms apply to the influencer/referral programme and do not replace Google Play terms applicable to customer purchases.

The Influencer Compliance Quick Checklist is a practical summary of the promotion rules in these Terms. Where it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms control. We may update the checklist to reflect platform or regulatory guidance; material contractual changes will be handled under section 16.

If you do not agree, do not register or promote My Money Planner using a programme code, referral link or other programme benefit.

2. Eligibility and influencer account

3. Tracking codes and follower discounts

You may choose an available tracking code in the influencer portal, subject to our formatting and uniqueness rules. Codes are case-insensitive and normalised by the system. A code already used or reserved by you or another influencer cannot be claimed again. Previous codes may remain reserved after you change your current code.

You may choose a follower discount only from the discount levels made available in your dashboard. The maximum discount is set by My Money Planner and may change. Discounts are intended for the yearly subscription only, apply to the first paid yearly period where the relevant Google Play offer is available and the customer is eligible, and do not reduce later renewals unless Google Play expressly shows otherwise.

Google Play controls final offer eligibility, localised pricing, taxes, currency, checkout and trial availability. A code does not guarantee that a particular follower will be eligible for a discount or free trial. You must not quote a fixed price, trial entitlement or discount condition that conflicts with the customer's current Google Play checkout information.

4. Referral attribution and tracking

Referrals may be attributed through your unique link, Google Play Install Referrer information, a manually entered code, or other programme tracking methods. Attribution is based on records reasonably available to our systems and Google Play. We do not guarantee that every click, install or purchase can be attributed, including where a user changes device or account, blocks or removes referral information, enters another code, installs through another route, or where Google Play or a network/platform does not provide the required data.

My Money Planner's programme records and verified Google Play transaction information are the authoritative records for commission purposes. Click counts and install counts are informational and do not themselves create commission.

5. Commission eligibility and calculation

Your current commission rate is displayed in your influencer dashboard. My Money Planner may set different commission rates for different influencers. Your follower discount and your influencer commission are separate: choosing a larger follower discount does not automatically increase your commission.

Commission is earned only on qualifying paid subscription orders that are successfully attributed to you and eligible under the commission-duration arrangement applied to your account/programme. A free-trial start is not a paid conversion and does not itself create payable commission.

Commission base: commission is calculated from the actual developer revenue reported for the qualifying Google Play order, rather than from the headline subscription price or an estimated gross customer payment. The programme then applies your agreed commission percentage to that verified revenue amount.

For example, if Google Play reports developer revenue of 80.00 in the relevant transaction currency and your commission rate is 20%, the programme records 16.00 of commission before any later refund, reversal or adjustment.

Commission calculations may be rounded to the precision used by our accounting system or payout provider. Dashboard figures can remain provisional until Google Play data is fully processed.

6. Monthly payouts and US$100 minimum

Processing once per month does not mean funds will reach every bank or payment account on the same day. Bank holidays, compliance checks and payment-provider processing can cause additional delay.

7. Refunds, chargebacks, reversals and invalid transactions

Commission is subject to adjustment when the underlying Google Play revenue changes. Refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, duplicate transactions, fraudulent activity or other Google Play adjustments can reduce or remove commission.

If an adjustment occurs before payout, the corresponding commission is reduced before payment. If it occurs after you have already been paid, we may deduct the overpaid amount from future commission. Where there is no sufficient future balance, we may request repayment where reasonably necessary, particularly in cases of fraud, abuse or material overpayment.

8. Promotion and prohibited conduct

You must promote My Money Planner lawfully, accurately and in good faith. You must not:

9. Worldwide advertising, partnership and incentive disclosure

You are responsible for identifying and complying with the advertising, endorsement, consumer-protection, unfair-commercial-practices and platform rules that apply to your promotion. Depending on the circumstances, more than one country's rules may apply, including rules where you are based, where content is published, where an audience is specifically targeted, and where the content is reasonably expected to reach consumers. Commission, referral payments, follower discounts, free access, gifts, preferential terms and other benefits can create a material or commercial connection that must be disclosed.

Global baseline: every My Money Planner promotion connected with a programme benefit must make the commercial relationship clear at or before the point the audience encounters the endorsement. The audience should not have to investigate, click "more", visit your profile or infer the relationship from a discount code.

Examples of market-specific expectations

These examples are provided to help you recognise that rules differ across markets; they are not an exhaustive list and do not replace local legal advice:

If multiple applicable rules differ, use a disclosure approach that satisfies all of them where reasonably possible. Where one applicable rule imposes a higher standard, follow that higher standard unless doing so would conflict with another mandatory legal requirement.

10. Compliance monitoring, content log and audit

My Money Planner may monitor public content referring to the brand, your programme code or referral link. This monitoring is part of our own compliance responsibilities and does not remove your responsibility to comply with these Terms.

Where the influencer dashboard provides a Promotion Compliance Log, you must submit the live URL or a sufficient content reference for each material My Money Planner promotional item within 24 hours of publication. For disappearing content such as Stories, you should retain a screenshot or recording showing the content and disclosure.

On reasonable request, you must provide links, screenshots, recordings, captions, platform disclosure information or other evidence needed to review the promotion. We may require pre-approval for specific campaigns, claims or higher-risk content.

11. Correction, relabelling, takedown and cooperation

If we reasonably believe promotional content breaches these Terms, advertising rules, consumer-protection law, platform rules or an applicable campaign brief, we may require you to edit, relabel, correct, pause or remove it.

You must act as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 24 hours after our request, unless a shorter period is reasonably required because of urgent legal, regulatory, consumer-protection or platform risk. You must confirm completion and provide reasonable evidence if requested.

You must cooperate in good faith with reasonable investigations, complaints, platform enquiries and regulatory enquiries relating to your promotion of My Money Planner. This can include preserving relevant content, supplying records and answering reasonable factual questions about the promotion.

12. Compliance-related withholding, adjustment and set-off

If there is a reasonable concern that commission was generated through undisclosed advertising, misleading claims, prohibited conduct, manipulation, fraud or another material breach, we may temporarily place the affected commission on hold while we investigate.

Where a serious, repeated or deliberate breach is established, commission directly attributable to the non-compliant activity may be treated as non-payable to the extent permitted by law. We may also set off amounts that you validly owe us under these Terms against future programme commission.

We will not use this clause merely to confiscate unrelated, validly earned commission for a minor or promptly corrected mistake. Decisions will be based on the nature of the breach, the affected activity, available evidence and applicable law.

13. My Money Planner name, content and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the My Money Planner name, approved logos, screenshots and approved campaign materials solely to promote the programme while your account is active. You do not acquire ownership of our trademarks, app, website, software, copy, designs or other intellectual property.

You must not alter branding in a misleading way, register domains or social handles that impersonate My Money Planner, state or imply that you are an employee or official spokesperson, or publish materials that could reasonably confuse users about who operates the app.

14. Data, privacy and confidentiality

The referral system processes information required to operate attribution, influencer accounts, commissions, compliance monitoring and payouts. This can include your creator/account details, referral code, referral events, submitted promotion references and Google Play purchase/subscription metadata. The referral programme is separate from users' private budgeting records; the programme does not require influencers to receive a follower's salary, expense, savings, card, investment or other personal financial-plan data.

You must not collect, request, publish or attempt to obtain confidential user financial information on our behalf. You must handle any personal information you independently collect in compliance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

Any non-public campaign, technical, commercial or compliance information that we identify as confidential, or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential, must not be disclosed except where legally required.

15. Independent status, taxes, international payments and expenses

You participate as an independent promoter and not as an employee, worker, agent, partner or joint venturer of My Money Planner. You have no authority to enter contracts, make commitments or incur liabilities on our behalf.

You are responsible for your own taxes, social-security obligations, VAT/GST or similar registrations where applicable, invoices and reporting arising from influencer income, except where the law requires us or a payment provider to withhold, report or remit amounts. We may request tax, identity, residency or payout documentation that is reasonably necessary to process payments lawfully.

International payouts may be subject to banking rules, sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering requirements, payment-provider restrictions or other legal limitations. We may delay, block, return or withhold a payment where reasonably necessary to comply with law or a payment provider's lawful requirements. A temporary legal/payment restriction does not by itself erase an otherwise valid confirmed balance unless applicable law requires that result.

You are responsible for your own content-production, internet, equipment and other promotional expenses unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

16. Changes to discounts, commission rates, compliance guidance and these Terms

We may change programme settings, available follower discounts, eligibility rules, technical tracking methods or future commission rates. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated through the website, influencer dashboard or your registered email address.

A change to your commission percentage is intended to apply prospectively to future qualifying activity unless we expressly agree otherwise. Commission already validly earned will not be reduced merely because your future commission rate changes, although refunds, reversals, fraud corrections, compliance-related adjustments and other transaction adjustments may still apply.

We may update these Terms. If an update is material, we may require you to accept the new version before continuing to use the influencer dashboard. We may also update practical compliance guidance to reflect regulatory or platform changes; where that update materially changes your contractual obligations, we will treat it as a Terms update rather than relying only on the checklist.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop participating at any time by ceasing promotion and asking us to close your influencer account. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or manipulation, failure to make required advertising disclosures, repeated failure to correct non-compliant content, legal or regulatory risk, prolonged inactivity, programme changes, or where continued participation could harm users, My Money Planner or the integrity of the programme.

On termination, valid confirmed commission remains subject to these Terms, including adjustments and the normal payout process. We may withhold disputed, suspicious or compliance-affected amounts while reasonably investigating them. Commission generated through fraud, prohibited conduct, invalid transactions or established serious/repeated/deliberate advertising breaches is not payable to the extent permitted by law. If the programme itself is permanently closed, we may make a final payout of valid confirmed balances even where the normal US$100 threshold has not been reached.

18. Influencer indemnity for breach

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and keep indemnified My Money Planner, its operator and their officers, employees and contractors against reasonable direct losses, liabilities, damages, third-party claims, professional/legal costs, investigation costs, corrective-advertising costs and remediation expenses arising directly from your material breach of these Terms, including a material failure to make required advertising disclosures, deliberate or negligent misleading claims, infringement of third-party rights, fraud or unlawful promotional conduct.

This indemnity does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own breach, fraud or negligence to the extent the law prevents that allocation, and it applies to regulatory fines or penalties only where and to the extent recovery from you is lawful. Nothing in this indemnity transfers, excludes or removes any independent legal or regulatory responsibility that My Money Planner itself may have.

19. No earnings guarantee and limitation of liability

Participation does not guarantee clicks, installs, subscriptions, conversions, revenue or any minimum level of commission. Referral technology and third-party services can fail or change, and Google Play controls billing and purchase records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Money Planner is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of anticipated profit, loss caused by a third-party platform outage, or loss caused by your breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where liability can legally be limited, our aggregate liability arising from the programme will not exceed the valid commission paid or payable to you during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

20. Governing law, mandatory local law and general provisions

The contractual relationship created by these Terms is governed by the laws of England and Wales. This choice of governing law does not remove or override mandatory advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, tax, employment-status, sanctions or other laws that apply to you, your content or your audience in another jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be excluded. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the programme unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your programme account or rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer operation of the programme as part of a business transfer, restructuring or transfer of the My Money Planner service.

Official international compliance resources

Advertising and endorsement rules vary by country. The following official resources are examples for major markets and are not exhaustive. Influencers remain responsible for checking the rules that apply to every market they target or reasonably reach.

Local law comes first: these links and the checklist are educational resources, not a complete list of worldwide requirements. If you promote into another market, check the applicable national/local regulator and the platform's current branded-content rules before publishing.
